After the preliminary sample control and customer approval, the semi-finished products, for which production continuation approval is received, are taken to the sewing band. Intermediate products (correct thread and accessories) to be used in sewing are kept ready and organized meticulously in line with sewing instructions.

The sewing stage is the most critical point where orders turn into products. In order for a quality production to emerge, we attach much more importance to the sewing organization. We create a flawless production with qualified workers, quality workmanship and correct sewing instructions.

During the sewing process, we ensure compliance with customer expectations and quality standards through continuous interim controls. We remove the products that do not meet the required qualifications from the production line.

The finished products are subjected to cleaning and final quality control processes. At this stage, defects caused by planting are detected and separated. It is freed from thread residues and cleanable stains.
